Minimo Games Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 13, 2026

What We Collect

  • Account and profile data received from Auth0 when you authenticate, such as your Auth0 subject identifier, name, nickname, given name, family name, email address, email verification status, profile picture, and profile update timestamp.
  • Game content you create (names, descriptions, banners, and game code).
  • Technical and operational logs needed for security, reliability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. These logs may include request identifiers, account identifiers, route and action names, affected game identifiers, status codes, and error details.
  • Service metadata related to your content, such as when a record was created or updated and how many times a game has been updated.

How We Use Data

  • To create, update, publish, and host your games.
  • To identify the owner of content and apply access control for games and administrative actions.
  • To keep the service secure and working correctly.
  • To troubleshoot issues and improve quality over time.

Sharing And Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by trusted service providers needed to run the service, including identity providers such as Auth0 and infrastructure providers such as hosting, CDN, logging, and monitoring tools.

Public Content

Games and author pages are public by design when published. Do not include private or sensitive information inside game content.

Data Retention

We keep account, content, and operational data for as long as needed to operate the service, secure the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce policies. Deleting games removes that content from the service, but some account records and logs may be retained as reasonably necessary for security, operational, and legal purposes.

Children And Family Use

Minimo Games is often used to create games for kids, classrooms, and families. Parents, guardians, and educators are responsible for supervising content and usage.

Your Choices

You can manage game information and game-owned image assets through the authenticated web account. Game deletion is available through supported authenticated agent integrations. Authentication and identity data are managed in part through Auth0. If you need help with account-related requests, email Little Software LLC at hello@littlesoftware.info.

Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
