What to include

The more of this you send, the less we have to ask back:

  • The email address of your Minimo Games account.
  • The name of the game, or the link to it.
  • Which AI agent you were using, such as ChatGPT or Claude, and whether it was on the web, desktop, or a phone.
  • What you asked for, what happened instead, and the time it happened.
  • The exact error text, if you saw one.

Never send us these

We will never ask for your password, and we do not need an access token, an API key, or a recovery code to help you. If any message claims to be from Minimo Games and asks for one, it is not us.

Things you can fix without us

Your agent cannot connect

Our server address is https://minimo.games/mcp. If your agent cannot read our setup instructions, open start.txt and paste its contents into the conversation. Connecting always needs you to approve a sign-in; a page cannot do it for you.

Your agent was connected and stopped working

Disconnect the connector in your agent's settings and connect it again. That asks for a fresh sign-in, which fixes a session that expired or was revoked.

Your agent cannot make or upload images

Not every agent can. Add the artwork yourself from the Images section of your project in My Games, then ask the agent to keep going.

You want a game taken down

Unpublish it from its project page, and it leaves the public pages right away. Deleting the game removes its content from the service.

Accounts, content reports, and legal

Account requests, questions about your data, and reports about a published game all go to the same address: hello@littlesoftware.info. For a report, send the link to the game and say what is wrong with it. Our Privacy Policy covers what we collect, and our Terms of Service cover what may be published here. Minimo Games is operated by Little Software LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Naples, Florida, USA.
